Restore Your Prana Training

Aug 16-17, 2025 | Ballina, Australia

This 2-day course provides an immersion into the concepts laid out in Robin’s seminal text, Restoring Prana: A Therapeutic Guide to Pranayama and Healing Through the Breath. Her amiable, yet scientifically-based approach will teach you basic respiratory physiology, distinguishing between functional and dysfunctional breathing patterns. The combination of Power Point lectures, animated discussions, and exploratory practices serve to provide an educational as well as embodied experience of the breath as a transformative tool for health.

The Essential Low Back Teacher Training

August 17 - 22, 2025 | Ballina, Australia

In this intensive training, yoga teachers and therapists will develop the means to intelligently address the primary low back dysfunctions, hypo- and hypermobility, S.I. destabilization, pelvic misalignment, scoliosis, and lumbar-disc conditions. The intricate relationship between functional breathing and functional movement will be explored with scientific evidence to support the specific approach to sequencing and adaptation.
