In this 2 hour session special focus will be spent on treatments that are soothing for the skin, eyes, head and digestion. These will include Marma head massage, eye treatments, breath practices and asana that soothe Agni (our digestive fire).  With a mixture of presentation and hands on treatments, participants will leave with tools to reduce and help prepare for the summer season. In a time with more light and heat of the summer days, excessive device use, and increase in inflammatory conditions, this is a must to help balance the pitta dosha and support our well-being.
