Foundations of Yoga Therapy - Starts April 17, 2026
Our 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, Foundations of Yoga Therapy, offers yoga teachers and healthcare professionals an advanced study that blends yoga philosophy, science, and practical application. Offered as a stand-alone RYT 500 program or Part 1 of the EYT Yoga Therapist Training, it integrates mentorship, embodied learning, and self-reflection under the guidance of Robin Rothenberg, C-IAYT.
EYT Yoga Therapist’s Training - Starts October, 2027
Our IAYT-accredited training is one of the most comprehensive programs in the field, offering over 1,000 contact hours plus practicum. Rooted in the Vedic tradition, it weaves yoga philosophy and Ayurveda with Western psychology, physiology, and research. Expert faculty create a rich, supportive learning environment through a hybrid format of online study and four immersive retreats.
Essential Low Back Training Program
In this 5-day intensive, you’ll learn to skillfully address common lower back conditions—including mobility issues, sacroiliac instability, pelvic misalignment, scoliosis, and disc concerns. Grounded in Robin Rothenberg’s research, this training equips yoga teachers and therapists with practical, science-informed tools to confidently and safely support students within their scope of practice.
Restore Your Prana Certificate Training
The RYP training equips yoga teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals with science-based skills to teach breath practices that support optimal health. Based on Robin Rothenberg’s Restoring Prana, this immersive program provides the knowledge and tools to teach pranayama safely and effectively in individual or group settings while deepening your understanding of the therapeutic power of breath.
Continuing Education with Robin
Robin offers continuing education courses to help yoga teachers and therapists deepen their skills in pranayama, adaptive asana, and the yoga sutra. Her programs blend functional movement with therapeutic insight, offering grounded, practical tools for teaching.
