Post-SYTAR Summer Solstice Special Event (Copy)
Join us Sunday, after the SYTAR conference, to nourish yourself with the gift of Ayurveda. This invitation only event is co-hosted by Robin and her daughter, Chef Ry, at Ry’s Table, located in her private outdoor kitchen garden sanctuary in the heart of Atlanta. Ry will provide a sumptuous Ayurvedic lunch inspired by pitta season with fresh produce grown directly from the garden. Lunch will be followed by a lesson in herbal infusion to learn the medicinal properties of certain plants that can help soothe and cool during the summer heat. Take home your very own Pitta Tea!
Upon arrival make your way to the back of the house to relax in the garden at Ry's Table. Be mindful while the morning class finishes their yoga practice, and make yourself at home to relax in the beautiful scenery.
