Take a deep dive into the first of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra. Starting with sutra 1:1, we will explore one sutra per week through embodied practice: including movement, chanting, mudra, and breath. Imprinting the wisdom on the whole of our being through practice enables us to know and live the truth from the inside. This course is oriented towards yoga teachers, therapists, and seasoned students who already have familiarity with yoga philosophy and meditative practice. Mondays and Wednesday mornings.

Power Fridays - Sept. 13- Nov. 22, 7-8 a.m. PST. No class Nov. 1 st

Robust practice to nourish your annamaya using bands, weights, and kettlebells. These physically-oriented practices draw from Robin’s upper and lower body Bootcamp routines, and promise to keep your bones strong and your muscles conditioned.
