Do you experience pelvic discomfort, stress incontinence, postpartum weakness, or a lack of mobility in your core? You’re not alone—and more importantly, you don’t have to live with it.
Your pelvis is the foundation of your movement, affecting everything from posture to digestion to emotional well-being. When it’s out of balance, everyday activities can become difficult. In this interactive, educational, and movement-based workshop, you’ll learn how to assess your pelvic health and apply simple, effective practices to build strength, flexibility, and resilience.
· Discover the root causes of pelvic tightness, weakness, and discomfort
· Learn breath and movement techniques to restore balance and ease
· Gain tools you can use in just 10-15 minutes a day to transform dysfunction into confidence and comfort

What to Expect:
Each 2-hour session combines accessible education with gentle, therapeutic movement practices. You'll learn to understand your body in new ways and develop simple, effective techniques you can use in daily life—no previous yoga experience required.

This class is taught with sensitivity and trauma-informed awareness. All practices are adaptable to your individual needs and comfort level. Whether you're dealing with postpartum changes, menopausal shifts, chronic pelvic pain, or other pelvic concerns, you'll find compassionate guidance and practical support.
