Join us this Spring for a deep-dive into the yamas and niyamas! Highlighting each sutra teaching, we’ll work through all ten sequentially in formal practice and personal self-study. Each week will culminate in a group discussion, allowing time for reflection on individual and shared experience. Intended as guideposts, the yamas and niyamas challenge us to re-examine our actions through the lens of our values. This 10-week Immersion is a call to compassionately hold our feet to the fire of ethical accountability.
