“I want to thank Robin for sharing so generously her personal experiences, and the knowledge she has gained from these life-determining experiences, and to tell her how much I have enjoyed reading the book, and doing the practices. Robin Rothenberg’s newly released book, Restoring Prana, goes where few books on yoga and pranayama have ever gone before.

“Rothenberg, who is the director of the IAYT-accredited Pacific Institute of Yoga Therapy and The Yoga Barn in Washington, fearlessly turns multiple cultural myths regarding pranayama on its head.
