What messages guide your choices, informing you when to swim towards some new adventure and when to cautiously refrain? Can you differentiate between intuition and fear masking as discernment? How do you know you ‘know’? This series is an invitation to sharpen your inner vision and cultivate trust, confidence, shraddha, as it is known in Sanskrit. We’ll play with the many tools of yoga, challenge some extraneous beliefs that are blocking access to your inner-knower while leaning heavily into the wisdom teachings. We’ll practice not to learn where we need to go next - but rather to find our way back to the trail we’ve already laid, following the breadcrumbs home to our own True Self.
