Summer Solstice Weekend at EYT! with Robin and Molly McManus, C-IAYT

Robin is thrilled to host Molly McManus, program director of Yoga North Yoga Therapy, for a weekend training intensive for yoga teachers, therapists, students, and individuals with chronic pain/tension that are interested in learning somatics.  

SomaYoga Therapy is Molly and her partners’ unique blend of yoga therapy combined with somatics. Through this training you will learn how to build smarter muscles, more functional movement and resolve long standing issues of chronic pain. Molly will provide the neuroscience, philosophy, and core practices of somatics in a powerful exploration that will revolutionize your approach to asana practice and teaching. PTs, OTs, Chiropractors & Massage Therapists will also find this training a great adjunct tool to add to their toolbox.  

Molly McManus, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, SE, Ayurvedic Health Counselor & Chef Molly is co-owner of Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute. She enjoys her work teaching specialized group therapeutic classes and trainings, individual yoga therapy and Ayurveda sessions, as well as being core faculty for the Institute’s teacher training and yoga therapy certification programs. Molly is sought out for her special areas of interest in chronic pain and the diseases of stress in programs she has designed such as SomaYoga & Somatics intensives, SomaYoga CPR - Chronic Pain Resolution, Making a Change for Good - 30 Days to Compassionate Self Discipline, and Yoga for Stress, Anxiety & Depression.

June 22 & 23, 9am–4pm. Held a the EYT studio. Early Bird Price - $295 before June 10th. After June 10th, $350

Friday Evening, June 21st: Summer Solstice Practice and Fire Circle, 7pm

with Molly and Robin - co-leading. FREE for those attending the weekend with Molly. $25 for those who want to just attend Friday night.  We’ll be guiding an uplifting practice from 7-10pm, then following it with a Fire Circle and yummy treats for a complete  Summer Solstice Celebration.
